Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to NexOTP, including user accounts, wallet funding, OTP orders, refunds, support, and other platform activity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the platform, customers agree to comply with these terms, applicable law, and all posted platform policies.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their registration details, the security of their login credentials, and all activity performed through their account.
3. Wallet Funding
Deposits are credited through supported payment methods after successful verification. Processing times may vary by payment channel. Users are responsible for choosing the correct amount and method before payment.
4. OTP Orders
Availability, delivery speed, stock levels, and success rates may vary by country, service, and live network conditions. OTP orders can fail, expire, or be cancelled depending on session response and system rules.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on platform policy, order status, session response, and payment verification. Expired or cancelled orders may be refunded according to the platform workflow in effect at the time of purchase.
6. Prohibited Use
Users must not abuse the platform, attempt to bypass payment or pricing logic, interfere with service integrations, automate unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
7. Account Suspension
The platform may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse, policy violations, or activity that puts the service or other users at risk.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network outages, stock limitations, payment delays, or technical failures can affect access and order completion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party service losses arising from use of the service, delayed OTP delivery, payment failures, or account restrictions.
10. Contact
